Anushka Singh is a Bollywood actor. She has been awarded numerous acting awards and is among of the actors with the highest salaries. In addition, she is an ambassador for several companies and also has her own clothing line for women that is known as Nush. Forbes Magazine has featured her in their magazine as well. Anushka Sharma's parents include Kumar Sharma and Ashima Sharma. Anushka Sharma's father is an ex-colonel. and her mother is a housewife. Karnesh Sharma, Anushka's elder brother, served as a Merchant Navy officer and is currently a movie producer. Anushka has graduated from Army School Bangalore. Mount Carmel College Bangalore granted her with a bachelor of Arts. Anushka Sharma holds a Master's education in Economics. Anushka did not want to being an actor but rather as a journalist or model. Anushka was moved to Mumbai following her graduation, in which she was enrolled at Elite Model Management. Style expert Prasad Bidapa groomed Anushka. Anushka was first seen as a model in the year 2017 for Wendell Rodricks Les Vamps Show in Lakme Fashion Week. He chose her as the last model from the collection for Spring/Summer 2007. Anushka Sharma has participated in several brand campaigns since she made her Lakme Fashion Week debut. This includes campaigns with Fiat Palio and Fiat Whisper Nathella Jewelry. Anushka started giving auditions for film in addition to her modeling. In 2008, Anushka Sharma made her acting debut with the movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi with Shah Rukh Khan. She took the time to get ready and did not take the test in impromptu. She was later signed to three movies by Yash Raj Films. In the movie she played the role of a young, middle-aged bride male (the character Shah Rukh Khan was playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka appeared along with Shahid Kapoor and Vi Das Shahid Kapoor, Vir Das and Meiyang Chang in the 2010 movie "Badmash Company". The film was met with mixed receptions. Anushka Sharma was in the same movie 'Band Baaja Baaraat. She portrayed an Punjabi woman from the middle class who owns her own wedding company. The film received excellent reviews, and was considered a sleeper success. Anushka had signed her three-film contract together with Yash Raj Films.
